Fully Managed Service

Fully Managed is our premium IT service where we provide complete support for your network. Our team of dedicated service technicians will monitor your environment for any problems that develop, and will proactively make changes to ensure that your network is running at optimal levels for when you most need it to perform.

Service Support

Beyond Repair will always respond to our Fully Managed customers immediately and treat them with the highest of priority. As an indicator of our dedication for service, we aim to respond within the following times;

  • We aim to Address New Support requests within 15 minute response time
  • We will aim to fix all support requests via our remote services within 2 hours
  • And if a site visit is required, we will aim to fix the problem within 8 hours (subject to hardware replacement availability)

As a Fully Managed customer, site visits are inclusive of all costs, so no need to worry about hidden charges. Proactive Management:

Everyday Requests

As a Fully Managed customer we will always be on hand to help with any of the following tasks which are all covered as part of the contract;

  • email accounts
  • user and machine login scripts
  • Group Policy configuration
  • folder permissions and security settings
  • Networking Printers and configuration
  • Anti-Virus and Malware protection


We setup and configure our remote monitoring services to monitor all of your critical systems and notify you of the slightest change in your setup, for a quick reference here is a short list of some of the hardware and software that we can monitor;

  • event logs
  • Anti-Virus and Malware protection level
  • Data backups - includes offsite and onsite
  • Disk space usage
  • CPU utilisation
  • Memory usage
  • Network bandwidth

The Contract

When you decide to become a Fully Managed customer, Beyond Repair make the process very simple. To begin with we will visit your premises and complete a full network audit and health check of all existing servers, workstations and networking equipment. We will then present the results of the audit to you and let you decide which systems that you would like to include as part of the Fully Managed contract. We will then provide you with a quotation for the duration of the contract and thats it. From then on, we will take care of all your nominated systems!
